Open Admins to see everyone with admin or superadmin access. A superadmin can promote an active member to admin. The owner can also change the superadmin tier. The safeguards are deliberate:
  • Only a superadmin can promote another administrator.
  • Only an owner can demote a superadmin.
  • The app prevents changes that would leave the company without a top-level administrator.
Job titles do not grant permissions. Someone can be an Operations manager by title and still have the Member role, or be an Admin without the word admin appearing in their job title.
