The live demo opens as a superadmin. It contains 12 fictional employees, two offices, leave history, pending requests and reports. Changes are safe and the data resets nightly.
1

Read the dashboard

Start with Dashboard. The top cards show pending approvals, who is off today, who is off this week and active headcount. The tables below show decisions waiting for you, upcoming absences and allowance balances.
2

Submit a leave request

Open My Leave and choose Request leave. Pick a leave type and dates, try a half day, then submit. Because the demo user is a superadmin, you can also use the employee switcher to act as a fictional colleague.
3

Make a decision

Open Approvals. Expand any pending request to see dates, working-day count, balance impact and the employee’s note. Approve or decline it and watch the dashboard and calendar update.
4

Check team coverage

Open Team Calendar. Move between months or the full-year view. Colleagues see names and dates, while private leave types and notes stay hidden unless they are allowed to approve that person.
5

Open an employee record

Open Employees, then choose a name. The record combines employment details, allowance balances, leave history, late arrivals and private manager notes.
6

Inspect the rules

Open Time-off configuration to see the Ireland and Türkiye policies. Each country owns its leave types, public holidays, working days, first-year rule and carryover limit.
Email delivery is disabled in the public demo. In-app notifications and every data change still follow the production path.
